We run ads on Facebook, Tiktok , youtube and our ideal candidate is a person with experience for performance creatives on Facebook and can creatively come up with ideas that we all collaborate on. (The video I made will explain this really well) You will have the freedom to organize, strategize and help the process of gathering content while putting together the vision for the next creative.Look, if you want to work in a company with genuine people, hard working, and makes a difference with the products we sell which impacts thousands of pets around the world, then apply if you have experience and determination.QualificationsExperience in an eCommerce company as a Video Editor2+ years experience as a Video EditorUnderstanding of Facebook Ads, Tiktok ads, and performance outcomes of what you createStrong project management skills and Media management skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skills with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsCollaborate closely with creative team to develop, produce, review, revise and deliver. Contributing to each part of the process.Strong plus: photoshop and experience with a project management tool like MondayWe do things differently here, we have our hands in multiple areas and think quick on our feet, it’s difficult and rewarding.Salary and PayThis ranges on several factors so In the form we will ask you what a fair starting hourly pay would be so we can see if this aligns!
