📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Dist 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Hybrid)At TechVibe, we bridge top tech talents with leading global companies through IT recruitment, executive search, and Employer of Record (EOR) services, connecting international businesses with Vietnam’s vibrant tech ecosystem.In addition, we run The CTO Show Podcast, featuring top CTOs and tech leaders across Southeast Asia — a platform that amplifies visibility, builds trust, and attracts exceptional talent.With this dual approach of recruitment + branding, our clients gain both credibility and access to a wider pool of active and passive candidates.As we expand, we are looking for a creative Video Editor / Content Producer who can transform hiring journeys, tech insights, and CTO stories into compelling visual experiences and impactful reels.ResponsibilitiesEdit and produce video content for The CTO Show Podcast, ensuring strong storytelling flow, clean sound balance, and engaging pacing.Design thumbnails, review English subtitles, add timestamps, and optimize tags to enhance audience engagement.Create and edit short-form content (highlights & reels) from podcast episodes to make them clear, dynamic, and shareable across multiple platforms.Collaborate on the publishing schedule and ensure consistent content distribution across platforms.Support the creation of TechVibe Weekly Hiring Insights and other storytelling formats to elevate the brand’s voice.Maintain a consistent visual and narrative style across all content formats.RequirementsProven experience in video editing and content production, ideally for podcasts or short-form storytelling.Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audio-visual balance.Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).Basic design skills to create thumbnails and social media assets.Good command of English for subtitle checking and polishing captions.Familiarity with social media platforms and their content formats.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a consistent content style.A creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new formats and ideas.Why You’ll Love Working with UsExposure to top tech leaders and innovative startups.A chance to build your portfolio with real content that reaches thousands of viewers.Freedom to pitch creative ideas and experiment with new formats.Opportunity to grow with a regional brand at the intersection of media + tech + recruitment.Please send your CV and personal portfolio to hr@teamtechvibe.com
