If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, social-first editing, and motion graphics, we’d love to meet you. Graphic design skills will be considered a strong plus.Job ResponsibilitiesEdit short and long-form videos for Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and adsCreate motion graphics, text/graphic overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and simple animationsCut, sequence, color-correct, sound mix, and add captions/subtitles as neededAdapt content to multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and optimize for each platformCollaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams on concepts, scripts, and storyboardsManage file naming, media organization, backups, and delivery deadlinesCreate thumbnails and simple social graphics when needed (plus point)Stay updated on trends, formats, and editing styles popular in BD and global marketsEducational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Adobe After Effects, Video Editor, motion graphics, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photo and video editing software, Video and sound editing, Product video making, Video content creatingExperience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Consulting Firms,Group of CompaniesAdditional RequirementsProficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (must) and After Effects (strongly preferred)Basic design skills in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator are a strong plusUnderstanding of codecs, frame rates, color spaces, audio levels, and export settingsStrong sense of pacing, storytelling, typography, and sound designGood communication skills; ability to collaborate and meet deadlinesBangla and English proficiency requiredExperience with DaVinci Resolve, color grading, or camera operation is a plusJob LocationDhaka (Dhanmondi)SalaryTk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
