This role is designed for a creative professional with strong storytelling instincts, client-facing experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple projects and teams. You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality video content for a variety of clients and genres, working closely with producers, creative directors, and the broader post-production team.Location: Must be in Colombia – RemoteEnvironment: Colombian and International TeamsLanguage: Advanced English (B2+ - C1)Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9AM to 6PM [PST]Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian ContractSalary: $7.000.000 COPRequirements:Education: Certificate, associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional experience in film/video editingExperience:Strong portfolio of previous work and completed projectsExperience editing videos across multiple genres (documentary, commercial, educational, narrative, social)Client-facing experience is a plusExperience at a creative agency or on a corporate team is desirableSkills:Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere ProFamiliarity with modern mediums and channelsGood instincts for design to help guide VFX and graphical elementsExcellent creativity and musicality, with a strong storytelling senseTime management and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication, teamwork, and openness to feedbackAbility to pivot creatively when neededWillingness to stay up-to-date on the latest creative software and hardwareCharacteristics:Attention to detail and commitment to qualityProfessionalism when working with clients and teamsAbility to work collaboratively in teams of varied sizesCreative problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsResponsibilities:Edit videos across a variety of genres including documentary, commercial, educational, narrative, and socialParticipate in pre-production to help guide creative approaches for editsCollaborate with the post-production team and attend project meetingsTroubleshoot issues that arise during projects and propose creative solutionsContribute to workflow processes and help improve scalability across projectsNice to have:Familiarity with DaVinci ResolveFamiliarity with Adobe AuditionExperience at a creative agency or within a corporate teamClient-facing experience in a professional setting
