About The RoleWe’re looking for a Video Editor who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and knows how to make content perform. You’ll take raw footage and turn it into sharp, high-performing videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Editing with precision, speed, and intent.This role is all about understanding what holds attention. You’ll use pacing, timing, and structure to engage viewers and keep them watching across platforms. You’re comfortable taking on feedback, adapting quickly, and refining edits based on performance data.While editing is the core of your work, you’re also hands-on in production. You can roll up your sleeves, problem-solve on the fly, and figure out how to bring an idea or reference to life.
