We craft high-end walkthroughs, lifestyle stories, and agent-led videos for premium properties. We’re looking for a Video Editor with strong aesthetic sensitivity, clean technical skill, and the ability to turn raw footage into polished, modern visual work.Responsibilities– Edit cinematic walkthroughs, lifestyle sequences, and social-first verticals– Build clear narrative flow, pacing, and rhythm across all formats– Perform advanced color grading for interiors, exteriors, and mixed lighting– Add sound design, SFX, and smooth ambient layering to elevate the atmosphere– Create day-to-night transitions, time-lapses, and motion-driven cuts– Apply tasteful 3D text, subtle motion graphics, and stable tracking when needed– Deliver multiple versions per platform (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Website)– Work closely with directors and follow visual guidelines for consistencyRequirements– Proven experience editing real estate, architectural, or premium lifestyle content– Strong command of Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve experience is a plus)– Solid understanding of color spaces, LUT behavior, dynamic range, and noise control– Confident with sound design, mixing levels, and clean audio treatment– Portfolio showing high-end taste, modern pacing, and polished visuals– Ability to deliver consistently without micromanagementNice to Have– After Effects for clean motion graphics and 3D tracking– Familiarity with AI tools for stabilization, denoising, and upscaling– Experience working with footage from Panasonic/Sony systemsWhat You Get– Consistent workflows and access to premium real estate footage– Creative direction that supports growth and sharpens your style– Smooth collaboration with a production-focused team– Real opportunities to take on lead editor responsibilities over timeIf your reel reflects the level we work at, we’d like to talk.
