We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our content and production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and visually compelling video content that aligns with our brand standards and enhances audience engagement across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:• Edit and produce high-quality video content for podcasts, including audio-video synchronization, captions, transitions, and dynamic visuals.• Apply engagement-driven editing techniques such as quick cuts, visual effects, and storytelling methods to retain audience attention.• Maintain visual consistency across all deliverables while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.• Collaborate closely with the content, creative, and production teams to translate concepts into polished final outputs.• Contribute creative direction for intros, outros, promotional materials, and audience retention strategies.• Stay up to date with the latest digital media trends, podcast formats, and influencer marketing developments.• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.Requirements:• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio showcasing podcast or digital media work.• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video editing software.• Strong audio editing skills including noise reduction, leveling, and synchronization.• Excellent creative judgment with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment.• Adaptability to evolving trends and creative directions.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience editing influencer or social media–driven content.• Basic proficiency in motion graphics or visual effects.• Understanding of platform optimization for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional to contribute to a fast-growing content team, delivering impactful video storytelling for a global audience.
