This individual will transform raw footage into high-end, polished content, working with a flexible hybrid schedule (online editing) that includes required travel for on-set production support in our primary locations. A key, high-value component of this role is the ability to train and mentor junior staff for an additional cost, making this individual a critical part of our team's growth and vision.Key ResponsibilitiesCinematic Editing & Post-Production (Hybrid/Remote):Edit long-form and short-form video content with a strong focus on cinematic visual quality, pacing, and emotional impact.Execute expert-level non-linear editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.Provide advanced Color Grading to establish a consistent, high-end visual aesthetic across all projects.Design and integrate high-quality Motion Graphics and Visual Effects using After Effects.On-Set & Production Support (On-Location):Be available to travel to sets/locations in KSA, France, or elsewhere as needed to provide on-set editing/assembly, DIT support, and technical consultation.Collaborate directly with the production team to ensure a smooth post-production workflow from shoot to final edit.Training & Mentorship (Additional Cost/Project Basis):Develop and deliver technical training programs to junior editors and students on advanced techniques within Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.Provide constructive feedback and quality control checks to maintain cinematic quality standards within the team.Workflow Management:Manage and organize large volumes of raw footage and project files efficiently across international locations.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 8 years of professional, full-time experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing cinematic and narrative work.Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in all three industry-standard tools:Adobe Premiere ProAdobe After EffectsDaVinci ResolveSpecialized Skills:Exceptional eye for visual storytelling, timing, and narrative pacing.Demonstrated expertise in advanced Color Grading.Proven experience in creating and integrating complex Motion Graphics and Graphics.Willingness and capability to perform on-set editing and DIT functions as required.Training/Leadership: Previous experience in a mentorship, teaching, or leadership role is a significant advantage.Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding, international, hybrid work environment.Education: Degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is an advantage.
