If you’re looking to join a rapidly scaling, purpose-driven brand (and you’re not afraid of hard work!) read on and apply.✨ The roleAs Video Editor, you’ll be at the centre of shaping Moodi’s creative presence across paid social platforms.Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll transform raw footage into compelling, high-performing ads and brand content. You’ll have creative freedom to bring your own style and ideas to the table, while also using performance metrics to refine and sharpen your craft.This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on speed, creativity, and iteration. You’ll need strong editing instincts, an eye for trends, and the ability to produce high-quality outputs quickly and consistently.We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds - agency, in-house, freelance, or elsewhere - as long as you bring creativity, drive, and proven experience editing short-form videos that drive engagement and performance.💻 What you’ll doContent EditingEdit short-form video content for paid and organic channels, with a focus on Meta and TikTok, and other video platforms as we grow.Turn briefs, scripts, and raw UGC into compelling ads and thumb-stopping creative.Bring creative flair and a distinctive editing style while staying true to Moodi’s brand voice.Ensure outputs are optimised for each channel’s specs, trends, and best practices.Creative Strategy & IterationUse performance data to refine creative decisions and deliver stronger results.Contribute ideas for scripts, formats, and creative concepts that resonate with audiences.Stay on top of social trends, high-performing content, and bring new creative ideas to the table.Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining high creative standards.Collaboration & WorkflowPartner with Growth and Brand functions to deliver on the marketing strategy.Stay highly organised to manage multiple projects at once and ensure quick turnaround times.Support delegation and workflow management as creative demands grow.Maintain clear file organisation, project structures, and version control.Culture & TeamModel Moodi’s values of excellence, innovation, and integrity.Help foster a culture of creativity, speed, and continuous learning in the marketing team.🌟 What you’ll needProven experience editing engaging short-form video content (e.g. agency, brand, or freelance).Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent), CapCut or similar.Sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, music, and sound design.Ability to create compelling content quickly in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.A balance of creativity and performance mindset — able to make content that’s both engaging and effective.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable at keeping projects moving.Comfort working independently while also thriving on collaboration and feedback.Alignment with Moodi’s mission, vision, and values.📍 LocationRemote, or based in our Auckland Office🤝 What you’ll getCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesBroad exposure to operations in a high-growth, purpose-driven consumer brandA fast-paced, supportive environment focused on learning and growthFree Moodi products!🗒 Application processIf you’re interested, please apply via LinkedIn.
