This is your chance to help shape creative storytelling that defines the next decade.The RoleWe’re seeking a Video Editor to create high-quality, engaging video content for Nysonian’s portfolio of global brands. You’ll be responsible for turning raw footage into scroll-stopping content that drives brand storytelling and marketing performance across platforms.What You’ll DoEdit and produce video content for social media, paid ads, websites, and campaigns Craft strong narratives with effective hooks, pacing, and storytelling Work with UGC, influencer content, and brand shoots to produce polished deliverables Add motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design to elevate videos Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align content with brand goals Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards Stay current with video trends, editing styles, and platform best practices Manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds while maintaining quality What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, or related field (preferred) 2–4 years of video editing experience in a fast-paced environment (agency, D2C, or eCommerce is a plus) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar toolsExperience using AI tools such as Runway ML, Veo3, et al is a plus.Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta content formats Ability to edit for storytelling and performance marketing (CTR, engagement, ROAS) Experience with motion graphics, basic animation, and sound editing Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-performing content Key Traits for SuccessCreative storyteller with a sharp eye for detail Thrives under tight deadlines in a high-growth environment Adaptable and trend-savvy, always exploring new formats Collaborative team player who can also work independently Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and improving content Why Join UsShape the creative identity of some of North America’s fastest-growing brands Collaborate with global teams on high-impact campaigns Work at the cutting edge of creativity and performance marketing Thrive in a startup culture with international exposure and growth opportunities
