We’re a fast-growing, founder-led brand on a mission to raise the standard for transparency, performance, and quality in sports nutrition.We’re building out our internal creative capabilities to move faster, test smarter, and produce world-class ad content that drives growth across paid social, YouTube, and owned channels.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Video Editor who can transform raw footage into high-performing paid ad content. You’ll work closely with our Director of Performance Creative and our performance marketing team to turn raw UGC, product demos, and campaign footage into thumb-stopping, conversion-driving edits.We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes performance creative, understands the nuances of direct-response storytelling, and knows what makes people click “add to cart.” What You’ll DoEdit raw video footage into short-form, thumb-stopping video content tailored to Meta ad performance best practices (Reels, Stories, and Feed placements).Work from briefs and performance data to create content that emphasizes product benefits, seasonal storytelling, and customer value props.Cut multiple variations and hooks per concept for creative testingIntegrate motion design, text overlays, and product callouts to elevate storytelling and brand identityRepurpose longer-form content (e.g., product explainers, testimonials) into shorter social cutsCollaborate with performance marketing teams to translate performance data into edit optimizationsMaintain fast turnaround timelines while upholding strong creative quality, we have a goal of cutting up to 25-35 assets per week across the creative teamStay on top of social trends, editing styles, and competitor creative in the supplement and wellness spaceWhat We’re Looking For3–5+ years of video editing experience (brand, agency, or freelance)Portfolio/website of real work demonstrating proven performance or brand impactMust include examples of paid social ads, UGC edits, or brand campaigns that ran liveSpec or mock work will not be considered without evidence of professional deliveryStrong understanding of direct-response creative principles: hooks, pacing, CTAs, and storytelling that sellsA natural storyteller who thinks in Reels and TikToks. You understand how to grab attention in the first few seconds - and keep it.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion designStrong mobile video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, etc.)Ability to apply brand design systems while keeping content platform-nativeComfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environmentBonus: Experience in animation, or kinetic typographyWhy Work With UsEntrepreneurial team that values creativity and autonomyOpportunity to help shape a brand’s in-house creative function from the ground upFlexible remote setup with consistent collaboration and feedback cycles
