Do you understand the difference between a good video and a winning ad? Fostr is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing DTC brand seeking a Video Editor who's worked with short form advertisements. If you understand hook-testing and can spot a scroll-stopping frame from a mile away—we want to hear from you.🔧 What You’ll Do:Edit engaging video ads (10-30 seconds) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTokAnalyze ad performance data and optimize creatives based on CTR, watch time, ROAS, etc.Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to iterate on high-converting ad creativesStay up-to-date with trends in DTC advertising and social video formats💡 You’re a Great Fit If You Have:3+ years of video editing experience, ideally in advertising or performance marketingUnderstanding of media buying and advertisingExperience creating ads, UGC-style content, and short-form ads for socialProficiency in Adobe Premiere, Capcut or similar toolsA data-driven mindset—you're comfortable interpreting ad performance and testing variationsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup✨ Bonus Points For:Experience with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or Google AdsPortfolio of previous ad creatives or VSLs that you’ve produced or edited
