About the role: Video EditorWe’re looking for talented and detail-oriented Video Editors to join LXD working with one of our partners in France. You will work on dynamic, high-impact content designed for social media platforms, focusing on storytelling, pacing, and visual engagement. With a fast paced and demanding environment, you will be challenged to deliver in record turnaround times and short deadlines, collaborating with a diverse, international team of creators to produce top-quality audiovisual content that connects with audiences aligning with the visual identity of the brand of each project.This role is ideal for someone who’s not only skilled in editing but also highly responsive, fast, energetic, communicative and receptive to feedback. Attention to detail—especially in subtitles and on-screen text—is essential.If you’re a native or fluent French speaker with a passion for video editing and social media storytelling, this opportunity is for you! Main AssignmentsEdit and optimize videos for social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok).Maintain a high level of accuracy in subtitles, captions, and text overlays.Ensure videos meet platform-specific requirements and brand guidelines.Communicate proactively with the Creative Ops Manager and other editors to ensure smooth workflows.Fast turnaround times and availability for urgent request with short deadlinesIncorporate feedback efficiently and make revisions with precision.Maintain consistent storytelling, pacing, and quality across all edits.Contribute creative ideas to improve video formats and enhance audience engagement. About YouFrench Level C1–C2 (required) — perfect grammar, spelling, and tone for subtitles and scripts.Minimum 6 months of video editing experience for social media.Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (required).Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content formats (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok).Excellent attention to detail, especially in timing and text accuracy.Responsive, communicative, and open to feedback.Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects.English B2+ level preferred (for internal communication).You area team player and a hustler ready to go the extra mile for the team and get that bonus! Compensation & TermsBase Monthly Fee: €700Bonus: Up to €100 / month.
