Job Description

Video Editor£38 – 45kFully RemoteWe’re not just looking for a video editor. At least not in the traditional sense. If your skillset leans more toward dazzling motion graphics, scroll-stopping animation, and bringing characters or brands to life through movement, then you’ll fit right in.Sure, you’ll cut up videos. Tidy up timelines. Do a bit of editing here and there. But what we’re really hiring is an animator disguised as an editor. A storyteller who can build visual worlds. Someone who understands the nuances of motion and has the craft to make it sing. This role sits within the creative studio of a leading events agency. Which means your work won’t be tucked away in dusty YouTube corners. It’ll be centre stage at global conferences launching products. Wrapping around LED walls and immersing audiences online and in the real world. So you’ll need the creative eye of a designer. The technical precision of an animator. And the rhythm of an editor who knows when to push the tempo and when to let things breathe. You’ll need to have done this before, too, ideally within an agency. You’ll know the pace, the pressure and the adrenaline. You’ll know how to juggle the big campaign and the last-minute request without breaking a sweat. You’ll know when to push back and when to roll your sleeves up. You’ll have the showreel to prove it.If you’ve worked with 3D, that’s a huge plus. Especially if you can rig a character, animate a scene and make it feel human. In return, you’ll get a brilliant package. Private medical cover, generous training and development opportunities. Career progression that isn’t just lip service. And the freedom to work from absolutely anywhere in the UK.You’ll also be joining a studio that actually values creativity. That fights for good ideas. That makes space for experimentation. That celebrates the people behind the pixels.Sound like you?Let’s talk. Send what you’ve got. Ideally a CV with some sort of showreel or portfolio attached.
