And the rhythm of an editor who knows when to push the tempo and when to let things breathe.You’ll need to have done this before, too, ideally within an agency. You’ll know the pace, the pressure and the adrenaline. You’ll know how to juggle the big campaign and the last-minute request without breaking a sweat. You’ll know when to push back and when to roll your sleeves up. You’ll have the showreel to prove it.If you’ve worked with 3D, that’s a huge plus.
