Job Description

We are looking for a Video Producer to join our team. The position is a one-year parental leave cover, and you will be part of the Digital Learning team within the Global Training Department consisting of four dedicated colleagues. The team plays a key role in driving our business forward by delivering state-of-the-art digital learning solutions. This ensures that the Demant Hearing Instrument Group organizations globally are equipped with appealing educational content for an internal audience which enables them to meet our customers and sell Demant solutions in a professional and compelling manner.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesAs a part of the Digital Learning team, you will take on the responsibility of our video production unit. You will have control over our video production assets, including a fully equipped studio space.Your role will be multifaceted, and you will have the opportunity to work with everything from studio broadcasting to developing concepts for running live events, streaming to various online platforms, and recording engaging video content.You will also be a driving force in developing new and exciting formats for our internal and external audiences, local and abroad.Other tasks – but not limited to, are:Calibration, preparation and optimization of video recording equipmentMaintenance and updating of video recording equipment and studio spaceProduction planning, storytelling, and scripting including coordination and allocation of video production resourcesVideo production in studio as well as with mobile set-upLive production of streamed events including setting up links and monitoring stream during events including collaboration with third-party providers and suppliersSound engineering and video editing, e.g., colour grading, audio tracks, subtitling, versioning to various languages (subtitles/screen text/voiceover)Uploading and distribution through various channelsAssisting, training and counselling local content producers in the global organization on above mentioned tasks and responsibilitiesMeet your new team and colleaguesYou will join a small punchy team of 4 multidisciplinary roles operating across media and animation. We are currently using vMix, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After EffectsKnow the full production value-chain and can deliver end-to-end. From developing a brief, to writing a script, to filming and post-production.Know what formats are needed and how to optimize them for different media and channels.Are an independent contributor and self-starter who takes ownership of assignments and sees them to completion with minimal supervision.Are flexible and resilient with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic atmosphere and manage multiple priorities.Have a hands-on, can-do attitude and willing to propose and try something new.Are fluent in English.Want to join the team?Then send your application, including CV in English as soon as possible.
