The OpportunityCome and join NZME as a Video Content Producer and play a key role in developing, producing, and delivering standout video content for internal and external clients across all NZME brands. You’ll work directly with leading media talent and be part of a high-performing, creative team in a modern, well-equipped office.You will need to be able to produce, shoot and edit video. This role is a really cool job for someone who loves the whole video process and has the drive, skills and attitude to juggle multiple projects. If you are confident and curious with a positive and a problem-solving attitude, you will thrive and grow in this role.Key Tasks, Duties & ResponsibilitiesReceive and interpret briefs from clients and colleagues.Develop and storyboard concepts and scripts.Create and/or manage budgets as supplied by the Executive Producer or agreed by clients.Find filming locations and oversee all location and in-studio shoots.Produce, direct, and/or film video content and manage talent.Operate the video studio and technical equipment as required.Manage deadlines and ensure high-quality production that matches the overall vision and concept.Work collaboratively with colleagues to build an effective, efficient, and creative team environment.Skills, Experience And Qualifications RequiredMinimum 5 years’ experience producing, directing, and filming in the film, TV, or video production industry.Showreel demonstrating examples of producing, directing, and filming.Basic skills in video editing, grading, and sound design.Experience producing video for commercial purposes an advantage.
