We are looking for candidates available to work from one from our offices located in Col. del Valle or PolancoKeywords Studios Mexico is looking for customer service representatives for written support - NO CALLS.POSITION SUMMARY:Player Support communicates with with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).RequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and SpanishAbility to multi-taskAbility to easily adapt in a constant evolution environmentExcellent customer service skillsAbility to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicatedHigh School Diploma preferred but not requiredFull-time availability (schedules may rotate across morning, afternoon, and night shifts)Must be available to work on-site at our office (location to be determined in Polanco or Col.
