About DearDear is reimagining what it means to host.We’re a software company building tools that make it easier for people and brands to come together, beautifully, intentionally, and without compromise.From intimate gatherings to large-scale experiences, Dear is built for those who care about detail, design, and connection.The RoleWe’re looking for a videographer with an editorial eye and a feel for storytelling - someone who can translate emotion, craftsmanship, and atmosphere into film.You’ll be responsible for capturing brand moments, product launches, behind-the-scenes stories, and social content that reflects the world of Dear.This role blends documentary storytelling, brand lifestyle, and refined visual direction.What You’ll DoCapture high-quality video content across brand, product, and event shoots.Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to shape narrative direction.Edit and deliver content optimised for web, social, and campaign use.Maintain Dear’s visual tone — elevated, warm, and intentional.Occasionally travel to events, shoots, or partner locations.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in brand, lifestyle, or event videography.Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).A deep understanding of natural light, movement, and detail.Ability to work independently and adapt creatively to each environment.A portfolio that demonstrates emotion, craft, and visual storytelling.(Ideal but not mandatory: familiarity with AI tools for post-production, editing, or creative enhancement.)What We ValueAt Dear, we care deeply about detail, design, and human connection.We’re not just looking for a camera operator, we’re looking for a storyteller who sees beauty in moments that others overlook.Pay Rate$30-$50 per hour, depending on experience and scope of work.To ApplySend your portfolio or showreel, along with a short note about why you’d like to work with Dear - zana@thisisdear.com
