We’re Hiring: Videographer & Editor!We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing impactful video content that tells DeafTawk’s story, promotes our initiatives, and captures the spirit of inclusion.Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Communications, or a related field (preferred)Required Experience: 1-2 yearsPositions available: 01Job type: On Site, Islamabad (full time)Key Responsibilities:Plan, film, and edit engaging videos for campaigns, events, and social media platforms.Capture interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes stories highlighting DeafTawk’s impact.Edit raw footage into polished final videos, adding music, motion graphics, and subtitles.Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and accessibility standards (including captions for the Deaf community).Collaborate with the communications and marketing team to develop creative storyboards and visual concepts.Manage video equipment, organize video assets, and maintain an archive of raw and edited content.Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing, and social media storytelling.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Communications, or a related field (preferred).1–2 years of proven experience in videography and video editing.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics tools (a plus).Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and social impact.Understanding of accessibility and inclusion in media (preferred).
