Every team member at Smile is well-trained and tested according to the True™ Philosophy success criteria.We are looking for an "Videographer" to join our growing team.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3-5 years of professional multimedia production experienceAdvanced proficiency in written and spoken EnglishExperience in leading research, securing stock imagery (both still and motion), and producing/editing short-form video in a fast-paced, collaborative settingPossesses comprehensive skills in every stage of video creationExperience with filming and assisting on a video production set, including set up, using cameras, [iPhone Pro and digital cine] lighting and sound equipmentSkilled in handling and archiving diverse image and audio formatsProficient in licensing still and motion imagery for print and digital useStrong attention to detail and decision-making capabilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)Working knowledge of color correction, color grading, and sound designJOB DESCRIPTIONVideo Production: Produce, film, and edit short-form video content for digital channelsVisual Asset Curation: Research, edit and select compelling still and motion visuals for diverse digital and print applications, optimizing for platform specificationsAsset Management: Help maintain the organization's digital asset management (DAM) system by organizing and storing photo and video assets, implementing efficient logging and retrieval processes, and uploading completed visual assets to digital platformsCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with editorial, events and digital colleagues to create and repurpose multimedia contentSocial Media Optimization: Uphold production guidelines for all social media platforms, ensuring content adheres to current design trends and technical requirementsPhotoshoot Production: Lead all aspects of photoshoot production: scheduling, crew coordination, on-set direction, image editing and post production workflow with retouchers
