About the RoleWe’re looking for a Videographer / Video Editor who’s cracked — someone with impeccable taste, relentless curiosity, and unmatched technical ability. You live and breathe visual storytelling, understand rhythm and pacing intuitively, and can translate raw ideas into visually magnetic content that cuts through.This is an on-site role in our St Leonard's office, working closely with our creative and strategy teams to craft content that truly moves people.What You’ll DoConceptualise, shoot, and edit world-class video content across formats — from podcasts and interviews to high-energy short-form and full-scale brand productions.Own the end-to-end video process: lighting, sound, framing, and post-production polish.Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to develop content that feels fresh, relevant, and culturally in tune.Push boundaries with new editing techniques, transitions, and motion design — always levelling up quality and style.Manage assets, workflows, and timelines to deliver consistently tight results under fast turnarounds.What You BringA killer reel that shows your range — from sleek edits to raw, emotion-driven storytelling.Expert-level editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).Strong shooting experience, including lighting, camera operation, and sound.An innate sense of pacing, rhythm, and composition.A collaborative spirit — you take feedback well and know how to communicate your vision clearly.Why RefractAt Refract, we don’t just make content — we shape narratives that define what’s next.
