You live and breathe visual storytelling, understand rhythm and pacing intuitively, and can translate raw ideas into visually magnetic content that cuts through.This is an on-site role in our St Leonard's office, working closely with our creative and strategy teams to craft content that truly moves people.What You’ll DoConceptualise, shoot, and edit world-class video content across formats — from podcasts and interviews to high-energy short-form and full-scale brand productions.Own the end-to-end video process: lighting, sound, framing, and post-production polish.Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to develop content that feels fresh, relevant, and culturally in tune.Push boundaries with new editing techniques, transitions, and motion design — always levelling up quality and style.Manage assets, workflows, and timelines to deliver consistently tight results under fast turnarounds.What You BringA killer reel that shows your range — from sleek edits to raw, emotion-driven storytelling.Expert-level editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).Strong shooting experience, including lighting, camera operation, and sound.An innate sense of pacing, rhythm, and composition.A collaborative spirit — you take feedback well and know how to communicate your vision clearly.Why RefractAt Refract, we don’t just make content — we shape narratives that define what’s next.
