OverviewResponsible for being on site for resident requests and emergencies on third shift (8pm to 8am). ResponsibilitiesPromptly responds when called to assess situation and contact appropriate individuals. Handles light maintenance/janitorial emergencies. Completely secures campus by checking doors, lights and ground area on a nightly basis. Makes regular rounds of buildings. Completes reports of nightly rounds and occurrences during assigned shift. Assisting with projects and miscellaneous other duties as assigned. Attention to and perpetuation of the core values and mission of Villa St. Benedict are essential.
