The organization has served over 90,000 patient encounters and continues to expand its health services to make a meaningful impact on vulnerable populations. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Director of Operations at Village Health Works. The role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, budgeting, and ensuring high levels of customer service.

The position is located in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, with some work from home flexibility.
