Berry Park Village are seeking a dedicated Retirement Village Manager to oversee the daily operations of our established village. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while managing a vibrant community with care, professionalism, and purpose. About the RoleReporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where residents feel truly at home. You’ll lead with empathy and integrity, ensuring both residents and staff are supported, valued, and empowered. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences, fostering a positive team culture, and maintaining operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the villageLead, support, and develop a dedicated team of staffEnsure compliance with the Retirement Villages Act, Regulations, and other applicable legislationBuild strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholdersCoordinate resident services and respond promptly to maintenance requestsManage village accounts within budgetOrganise meaningful social events and wellness programsNetwork with local community groups to attract future residentsChampion a culture of care, respect, and resident satisfaction About YouYou are a warm, approachable leader who thrives on building community and making a difference in people’s lives.
