You will be responsible for managing our integrated village which comprises independent living, serviced apartments, and residential care—ensuring high-quality and compassionate care is provided to all our residents.This role leads a large multidisciplinary team of 180 team members and is supported by an experienced senior management team.About YouWith extensive staff management and proven leadership experience, you'll build meaningful relationships quickly by being positive, approachable, and an all-round people person.
