Test IT systems and processes; build defined test scripts for completion. ? Run test scripts or scenarios to validate software.
? Test all aspects of application components for compliance with the provided specifications. ? Run load tests to isolate performance issues. ? Provide technical/non-technical knowledge transfer of testing processes. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: ? 3+ years’ experience in document management or information governance. ? 1+ years’ experience using testing tools and software for managing test cases and tracking defects. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: ? Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), functional testing, and system testing. ? Experience in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. ? Experience working in Kofax.
? Familiarity with document workflows. ? Experience with IBM FileNet. ? Applicant should have a general understanding and experience with the following components or similar technologies: Case Foundation, Content Manager, and Enterprise Records Foundation.
