Job Description

[Scope]The VIP (Celebrity) Assistant is responsible for managing Dolce & Gabbana’s Korean celebrities and relevant marketing activities in domestic & global market, aligning with the global communication strategy and ensuring the brand’s consistent image across all touchpoints for fashion & beauty This role leads the end-to-end process of celebrity engagement — from wardrobe requests and fittings to content creation, event attendance, and post-coverage management — while coordinating closely with HQ (Milan), APAC (Hong Kong/Shanghai), and local cross-functional teams.[Key Responsibilities]1. Celebrity Relations & Wardrobe Management- Manage all celebrity dressing requests for key brand & social events such as Milan fashion week, award shows, campaigns, and media appearances.- Liaise daily with HQ/APAC PR teams, stylists, and managers to secure and confirm looks.- Oversee entire wardrobe logistics process: sample allocation, shipping (UPS/DHL), customs clearance, and FTA compliance.- Track and manage wardrobe inventory via Launchmetrics and internal sample systems.- Supervise returns, damages, and after-use sample documentation.- Ensure accurate communication of look codes, collection details, and usage history for each talent.- Build & execute the strategy for overall celebrity marketing throughout a year as well as a short-term ad-hoc basis.- Managing the ambassador program from dressing to planning a IG posting in accordance with their contract with the brand.2. Event Coordination & On-Site Management- Support global and local celebrity participation in key events (Milan Fashion Weeks, brand campaigns, beauty events, etc.), by arranging the travels & schedule as well as managing the budget.- Coordinate pre-event fittings, local transportation, and accommodation with external vendors and HQ. - Manage on-site schedules for stylists, glam teams, and bodyguards; oversee local vendor payments and re-charge processes.- Produce post-event recaps, ensuring alignment with HQ’s communication reporting format.3. Content & Coverage Management- Compile and submit daily/weekly/monthly VIP coverage reports for HQ and APAC.- Support HQ in generating global press releases and the production of related assets.- Develop internal decks and visuals summarizing celebrity activities and exposure result.- Prepare & recap key meetings and fittings- Assist to develop the creatives for APAC campaigns for beauty & fashion and manage their production aligned with HQ’s content factory4. Cross-functional Collaboration- Coordinate with internal departments (Beauty, Retail, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance & marketing & PR) for all VIP activities.- Align with regional marketing, digital, and e-commerce teams to leverage celebrity content for online amplification.- Communicate budget updates, vendor invoices, and payment follow-ups with local and HQ Finance teams.- Maintain strong relationships with external production houses, agencies, music labels, talent mangement and stylists to ensure brand consistency.5. Reporting & Administrative Tasks- Manage purchase orders (PO) and re-charge invoices related to PR, events, and vendors.- Ensure timely vendor registration and payment processing via SAP/Tagetik. -Maintain VIP wardrobe archive and talent activity database.- Prepare periodic reports and presentation materials for internal review and HQ submission.- Prepare the draft of contracts and manage the negotiations on behalf of HQ & local office for all celebrity endorsements.[Qualifications]- 3–6 years of experience in luxury fashion PR, celebrity relations, or marketing communication.- Bachelor’s degree in communications, fashion marketing, or related field.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders.- Excellent command of English and Korean, both spoken and written; Italian or Chinese is a plus.- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Launchmetrics, and SAP.- Deep understanding of the Korean entertainment industry, media landscape, and fashion influencer ecosystem.- Professional attitude, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.[Core Competencies]- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship management.- Operational agility and precision in execution.- Strategic mindset with ability to balance brand image and local trends.- Strong ownership and accountability under fast-paced environments.- Passion for luxury fashion, creativity, and cultural relevance.
