This is a creative gauntlet designed to test your skills in the real world.🎬 THE CHALLENGE You will act as a "Founding Creator," working directly beside the Founder. Your mission is to document the startup journey and engineer viral moments for our 3D Avatars.Your Mission Parameters:Founder Interviews: Film and edit documentary-style "Building in Public" content with the founder.3D & VFX: Take our raw 3D assets and animate/render them into short-form storytelling (TikTok/Reels) that stops the scroll.Viral Engineering: A/B test hooks, visuals, and AI-driven narratives to crack the algorithm.Who survives this challenge? You are currently studying (or recently graduated from) Animation, Film, Interactive Tech, or VFX.You know your way around Blender, Maya, or Unreal Engine.You understand that editing is about rhythm, not just cutting clips.You can breakdown every detail of viral contents and know how things work and proved it.You understand storytelling and psychology behind it.You want to prove that your creative degree works in the AI and creators economy.International Students with overseas experience are highly encouraged to apply.
