We’re looking for someone who already has.­ You’ll lead Arrowster’s video direction across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, working directly with the Go­to­Market team.­ You’ll learn from the best: Duolingo’s ex­VP of Growth, KOLs with >100M+ views, and other mentors who’ve scaled creative systems globally.Mission:­ Build and lead the short­form engine­ Design new playbooks; ship within hours­ Convert every success/failure into reusable frameworks­ Integrate with GTM for full­funnel impactWhat you'll do:­ Build and lead Arrowster’s short­form video engine­ Design and test new video playbooks­ Turn every success and failure into reusable frameworks­ Collaborate with the GTM teams for integrated customer journey across distribution channelsRequired Skills and Experience­ Built videos that blew up not by luck, but because you understand creative systems, retention curves, and storytelling that hooks instantly.­ Can lead a content crew from idea to publish within hours­ Obsess over building systems that scale creative output­ Want to learn directly from world­class operators and win bigWhy Candidate should apply this positionWork setup­ We used to go seven days a week.
