JOB PURPOSE: The E-Commerce Web Merchandiser is responsible for overseeing merchandising, animation, product release scheduling, and implementing brand marketing plans in alignment with the strategies and objectives for online storesRESPONSIBILITIES: -Ensure the online store is consistently updated with the latest releases, campaigns, and promotions, aligning with the strategies of the physical stores. - Consistently enhance website navigation and user experience, considering the current product assortment, seasonality, and themes. - Create and publish compelling content related to scheduled themes and campaigns by collaborating with the marketing, product, and e-commerce teams.
- Initiate and distribute newsletters to support the merchandising plans of the online store, collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan upcoming campaigns and shape the visual aesthetics of the online store in accordance with the campaign strategies. - Track KPIs and assess daily website performance to optimize merchandising, enhance conversion rates, and increase average order value to meet established targets. - Remain informed of the latest regional and international trends in lifestyle websites, online omni-channel shopping, and the brand's product release schedules. - Monitor search results and optimize them by creating sorting rules.
- Collaborate closely with the content team to propose and enhance product page content, aiming to improve the website's customer experience and boost SEO effectiveness. - Develop and circulate weekly KPI reports, sales analyses, and conduct monthly competitive assessments. QAULIFICATIONS : - Fluency in English. -Proficiency in MS Office-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Marketing, or a related field-Two to four years of experience in Retail, or E-Commerce, or a similar role
