Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end onboarding of new retail product SKUs, including metadata entry, behavioral attributes, thumbnail linking, and 3D model references. Work extensively with Google Sheets and Excel to clean, merge, and manipulate large datasets (1,000+ rows) across multiple sources. Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and transform product data from internal databases. Ensure functional and behavioral product data is accurately reflected in the platform (e., mounting type, materials compatibility, 3D rotation behavior). Troubleshoot issues reported through Jira tickets related to product data display or configuration. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA, and other analysts. Automate repetitive tasks where possible using tools like Python or Tableau Prep (optional but preferred). Match new product specs to existing templates and validate compatibility (e.g. , sinks and faucets, light fixtures for walls vs.ceilings). Participate in regular sprint meetings and team check-ins via Slack, Google Meet, etc.Key Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a hybrid Business Analyst / Data Analyst role. Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, bulk edits). Solid SQL skills for querying and joining across multiple tables. Experience managing or working with structured product data (PIM or CMS experience a plus). Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve with minimal guidance using available data. Comfortable with ambiguity and working independently in a fast-paced, evolving project environment. Exposure to Jira, Python, GCP, or basic scripting/automation is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.Nice To Have Experience with 3D asset workflows or retail/eCommerce product catalogs. Knowledge of Tableau, Tableau Prep, or similar automation tools. Prior exposure to AR/VR platforms or room planning tools. Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (Google Cloud, BigQuery, etc(ref:hirist.tech)
