About the jobRole OverviewThe Operational Support and Systems Specialist provides technical and communication assistance to sales representatives and internal users, ensuring seamless operations through incident management, system validations, and cross-functional collaboration. This role involves frequent interaction with digital tools, empathetic support for non-technical users, and active engagement in continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities·      Request and Ticket Management: Respond to inquiries via email and ticketing platforms, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.·      System Testing and Validation: Participate in application and release testing—identifying bugs, documenting findings, and suggesting improvements.·      Technical Problem Solving: Diagnose user errors, network issues, and operational breakdowns, guiding resolutions according to protocols.·      Form Review and Approvals: Evaluate and approve digital form submissions (e.g., JotForm) with a focus on compliance and efficiency.·      Technical and Operational Collaboration: Support automation initiatives and tool enhancements in partnership with technical teams.·      Internal Communication Alignment: Stay connected through structured channels such as Slack Canvas, newsletters, and workflow updates. Required Skills & Competencies·      Basic Technical Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn internal systems, digital tools, and diagnostic procedures.·      Analytical Thinking: Critical thinking, deductive reasoning, and basic data validation.·      Task Organization and Prioritization: Efficient management of operational tasks—testing, tickets, emails, and forms.·      Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinated work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.·      Empathetic Communication: Professional and patient explanation of processes to users with varying technical backgrounds.·      English Fluency: Minimum 75% fluency required—comfortable reading, writing, and speaking in professional and technical contexts.About the ClientOur client is a leading company in the flooring, surfaces, and interior design industry, recognized for its specialized commercial solutions and widespread network of regional sales representatives.
