Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our executive team. This individual will play a critical role in assisting with daily tasks across various departments, sales and marketing initiatives, finance, and contributing to strategic research and reporting as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced virtual environment.Communication in the English language is required. What You'll Be DoingProvide daily administrative support to a senior technology leader (US Eastern Time)Conduct online research and summarize findings as neededManage CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) and support sales tracking activitiesAssist with data entry, report generation, and spreadsheet managementMaintain and organize shared documents using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets,Drive, Calendar)Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, invoice tracking, and QuickBooks entriesSupport project tracking via tools such as Asana or other project management tools Draft professional emails, reports, and presentation materials Gather, organize, and interpret business and customer data for reporting and analysisCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and execution of tasksRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, orsimilar roleExperience working with U.S.-based teams or clientsFamiliarity with the IT/Technology industry, including a basic understanding of AI tools and trendsStrong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and basic sales supportWorking knowledge of QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping principlesProficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, orMonday.comStrong skills in data collection, reporting, and spreadsheet creationHighly organized with strong attention to detail and a drive for accuracyTech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and platforms
