Job Description

We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish–English) Virtual Assistant with strong communication skills and attention to detail to support our members and daily operations in a fully remote environment.Main ResponsibilitiesManage emails and phone calls related to certification, membership, and general inquiries.Update website content, news, and event information.Assist with database maintenance and certification result distribution.Provide administrative support to staff and committees.Participate in regular virtual team meetings.Required QualificationsExcellent English (written and spoken).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Zoom.1-2 Years of Experience as a Virtual Assistant.Preferred or Learnable SkillsExperience with website CMS and CRM platforms.Prior experience in membership associations or nonprofits.Ability to collaborate effectively with volunteer leaders.What We OfferCompetitive salary in USDBi-monthly payments on the 1st and 15th40-hour workweekLong-term work-from-home opportunity with room for growthPerformance-based bonusesFreelancer contract. Apply Now:Please send a short video to careers@horizonpremierstaffing.com
