Virtual Events Presenter and Host

You will be our Passivae Ambassador, the primary point of contact, and the go-to person for our thriving user base, ensuring every interaction is respectful and valuable.The RoleAs our Virtual Events Presenter & Host, you will be responsible for delivering a high volume of engaging and professional online events. Your primary goal is to foster a strong, connected, and knowledgeable user community, making our users our highest priority.This is a part-time position, requiring you to host 2–3 events per day, 3 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesHost and Present Events: Act as the primary host for all Passivae virtual events, presenting with professionalism, enthusiasm, and clarity.Event Variety: Confidently lead diverse event formats, including:Multi-speaker RoundtablesIntimate One-on-One Expert CallsInteractive Knowledge Sharing SessionsCollaborative Community EventsHigh-energy Hackathon-style Community ActivitiesCollaboration: Work closely with the internal team of moderators to manage live Q&A, chat, and audience engagement.Agenda Management: Partner with the internal events team to review and refine event agendas, ensuring content is delivered smoothly and on time.Community Focus: Serve as a key Passivae Ambassador, communicating directly with the community, answering questions, and gathering feedback to better serve their needs.Technical Execution: Own the delivery of the event, managing the technical flow and confidently utilizing virtual event platforms.What You'll BringExperience: 1–3 years of experience successfully hosting and presenting virtual meetups, webinars, and online events.Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English is essential. Fluency or strong proficiency in at least one other local language is a significant advantage.Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with popular virtual event and streaming platforms such as Streamyard, Zoom Webinars, or similar tools.Communication: Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to maintain audience engagement in a virtual setting.Mindset: A strong community-focused approach, believing in treating every user with respect and ensuring they receive the knowledge and support they require.Drive: A genuinely self-starting attitude, eager to take ownership and contribute to the growth of a thriving startup.If you are ready to be the face of an ambitious startup and build meaningful connections within a passionate user community, apply today!
