Virtual Team Assistant / Junior Customer Support

As a Virtual Team Assistant at VDesk, you’ll begin your leadership journey by supporting and assisting our Virtual Team Managers in leading multicultural teams of freelancers. This entry-level role is designed to give you hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship while preparing you to grow into a Team Manager role of your own.Your ImpactAssist the Virtual Team Managers on a daily basis with any procedurals and tasks relating to their teamsAssist with Interviews, engage and train individuals who will be providing their services for our clients through our platformHelp with reporting, analysing and evaluating the performance of the freelancers and provide your insights to the Virtual Team ManagersContribute towards side projects and ideas that will optimise and enhance the quality of the services we offer to our clients.
