Your contributions will play a key role in championing Health Intelligence and providing exceptional customer service to our customers and clients via video calls.Externally, they are a hard-working team that manages customer appointments and scheduling whilst ensuring our customer experience exceeds expectations. During each meeting you will be explaining the purpose of the capillary blood collection procedure and carrying out video call-based appointments with our partners and customers to gather biometric data and assist them in obtaining blood samples.For each virtual meeting, you will ensure you are on time, in uniform, and that all various administrative duties are done; this can include confirmation of identity, marking appointments as attended or unattended, ensuring the clients paperwork is fully completed for their blood samples to be sent, booking re-screens, and entering client data into our systems correctly and performing upgrades where required.
