Minimum 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst/ Data Analyst in Payments domain. Have good knowledge on Business Analysis and its deliverables. Have Analytical and Problem-solving skills. Have knowledge over payment types like SWIFT Wire, ACH, SEPA, etc. Have knowledge in writing Simple and complex SQL queries. Hands on experience in any one of IDE like SQL Developer, Toad, Oracle, etc. Have knowledge over Data modelling, Data Management, Data Governance, etc. Have good knowledge on SDLC life cycle and Agile Methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc. Good knowledge of Agile tools like JIRA, Version one, etc.
Have commendable skill on Communication, Teamwork, Critical Thinking, Decision Making, etc. Nice to have working knowledge on BigData space. Nice to have technical skills like Java, Python, stored procedure, functions, etc.
