The Visa Processing Officer will be responsible for handling visa applications, managing immigration-related cases, and providing accurate advice and guidance to clients on visa processes and compliance. Additional duties include efficient documentation, ensuring timelines are met, and delivering excellent customer service while keeping up-to-date with relevant immigration laws and regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in visa processing and handling immigration issuesExceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to support and communicate effectively with clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detailAbility to remain updated with changes in immigration policies and regulationsProficiency in using office software and management toolsRelevant certifications or a background in immigration or legal studies is a plus
