What's it all about?As a Senior Visa Consulting & Analytics Manager you will undertake consulting engagements for Visa clients in Slovakia. You will: Lead sales and participate in Visa Consulting & Analytics projects delivery in SlovakiaDrive meaningful business relationships between Visa and its key clientsBe an experienced strategy consultant able to help our clients grow their business, especially in the payments and digital domainsDay to day:

Sell consulting projects to Visa clientsFull responsibility for delivering revenue and margin targets in SlovakiaLead and deliver projects through either self, other internal or external staff as appropriateManage project costs to agreed budgets and timeframes and ensure high standard of deliveryUnderstand our clients’ business objectives, identify opportunities and improvements to grow the business and digital banking of our clientsDevelop and propose appropriate concepts and digital business solutions to clientsLeverage Visa’s innovation, product and data capabilities to further grow our clients’ business by working together with the sales and digital product teams as well as the with the Visa Innovation teamThis is a hybrid position.

QualificationsExperience in management consulting is a mustExtensive knowledge of Slovak banking and payments sectorExcellent client relationship management skills (including senior executive level) in the financial services industryExperience in structuring project proposal based on client’s needs and problem statement, defining clear project approach and deliverables. Ability to deliver high-quality projects leading small team of consultants, data analysts and external suppliers (e. g. market research), leveraging and further developing own subject matter expertise in banking and payments industry.

Experience in conceptualizing new products and business models in a digital and technology-driven environmentsExcellent spoken and written command of both Czech or Slovak and English languageExcellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to comprehend and convey complex business informationAdvanced analytical skillsBusiness thinking and creativityHigh proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelA proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast paced and matrixed environmentWillingness to travel and work onsite with clients if neededExperience in worldwide management consulting firms (Big4) is an advantageExperience in using agile methods (i. e.
