About the CompanyWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Visa & Immigration Specialist to manage the end-to-end visa process for our employees in Dubai. The role will ensure smooth coordination of documentation, application submission, and compliance with UAE immigration requirements.About the RoleKey Responsibilities:Handle the end-to-end process of employee visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.Collect and verify required documents from employees for visa applications.Assist employees with completing immigration and government application forms.Coordinate and liaise with government departments (Immigration, Labour, MOHRE, etc.) to ensure timely processing.Track and monitor visa application progress, keeping employees updated at every stage.Maintain accurate employee visa records and ensure compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws.Support HR with onboarding new employees and other administrative tasks related to employment visas. QualificationsProven experience in visa processing or PRO-related work in Dubai/UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE immigration and labour regulations.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
