Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague for our dynamically growing manufacturing partner with a European corporate culture for the position of Senior Customer Relations Manager. Responsibilities: Supporting the company's growth objectives by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Developing sales strategies and leading the team. Coordinating the introduction of new projects. Effectively managing local sales activities and manufacturing processes. Performing related administrative tasks, such as preparing sales forecasts and reports. Maintaining customer relationships and coordinating orders and production starts. Communicating and coordinating between different departments. Requirements: Higher education degree (preferably in commercial, technical, or business fields).

Experience in a similar area (e. g. , Key Account Manager, Sales, Customer Service or Customer Support position, ideally solving ability. Active intermediate level of English language skills.
