We are now looking for a Product Specialist to join Netvisor Product Development and act in close cooperation with the product owners. This position focuses mainly on the following domain areas: purchases, sales and bookkeeping. Netvisor is Finland's leading financial management software, used by nearly 40,000 client companies. Our product streamlines the daily lives of Finnish entrepreneurs, accountants, and employees by automating many important processes in invoicing, payroll, and expense management. What to expect when you join us?Your Daily Tasks Include For Example🤩 Stakeholder Coordination:

You'll be the go-to person for our Customer Care, Sales, and Trainer teams, helping to manage incoming requests with development teams. 🤩 Process for customer needs: You will be responsible for streamlining the way we handle customer needs, turning requests into well-defined Jira tickets for prioritization. 🤩 Documentation: You will write release notes, instructions and other documentation. We value responsibility and freedom, so our teams make a lot of important decisions in their daily work. Our culture is very sparring and encouraging, and we share our knowledge.

To Succeed In This Role You Need🤩 Relevant degree (BBA or similar)🤩 Experience with financial or ERP systems, coupled with a deep understanding of sales and purchase ledgers, accounting principles, and VAT knowledge🤩 Ability to act as a bridge between end users and technical teams, translate the business needs into system requirements🤩 Analytical and documentation skills🤩 Troubleshooting skills and ability to improve existing processes🤩 Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with various teams across the organization🤩 Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English, enabling you to effectively communicate both with our customers and internal teams🤩 Experience in working with the Netvisor product is seen as a big advantage.

The salary range in this position is estimated to be around 3500-4500 €/month depending on your relevant experience and seniority, but we are happy to hear your expectations.
