Visual Communication & UI Designer

You’ll craft compelling sales decks, client presentations, internal communications, and branded documentation, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our design-first DNA.This is a hybrid role: your core focus is on marketing and communication design, but you’ll also support UI design for client projects when needed. You must be obsessed with visual quality, comfortable operating independently, and eager to own the visual language of everything we share with the world.What You’ll DoDesign and polish pitch decks, sales materials, proposals, and internal presentationsCollaborate with leadership to evolve visual storytelling decks and strategiesMaintain and evolve branded templates and design systems for marketing and commsCollaborate with sales, and leadership to visually tell our storyEnsure a consistent, top-tier visual identity across all assetsJump into client UI/web design tasks during light internal periodsWhat You Bring3+ years in visual design, marketing design, or UI designStrong portfolio showing presentation design, brand storytelling, and digital UI workExpert in Figma and presentation tools (Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote)Strong sense of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual clarityHighly autonomous, organized, and quality-obsessedNice To HaveAnimation/motion experience (e.g., After Effects)Experience working in tech, SaaS, or design-driven environmentsKey ResponsibilitiesSales and Brand CollateralsDesign and polish sales decks, proposals, pitch presentations, and one-pagersEnsure all assets are on-brand, visually compelling, and strategically structuredCollaborate with leadership to evolve visual storytelling decks and strategiesInternal Communication & CultureSupport internal teams with polished presentation templates and visual documentationHelp define and maintain visual guidelines for internal comms and knowledge-sharing assetsCross-Team CollaborationWork closely with marketing, sales, leadership, and product teams to shape contentOccasionally support client-facing design tasks, particularly web and UI/UX deliverablesWhat Do We Offer💵Competitive USD salary🌴20 business days of vacation per year + 6 National holidays🐣Family Leave💻A dynamic remote work culture.
