Visual Designer

Description of the assignmentYou will work within the Zeekr HMI team, a cross-functional team where storytelling, creativity andcraft are highly valued. We work in close collaboration with all other design departments shaping themobility experience of the future.As a multidisciplinary visual designer, you will blend 3D design, motion graphics, product visualization,graphic design and UI/UX into engaging visual experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.You will take ideas from early conceptual explorations to polished visuals ready for presentation orimplementation.Specific needs for this assignment include:• Create compelling assets for HMI concepts including 3D content, UI graphics, motion,animations and product visualizations• Support design storytelling through high-quality 2D/3D content, motion tests and visualnarratives• Develop implementation-ready visual assets for in-car interfaces and physical interiorcomponents• Ensure alignment with brand direction and contribute to evolving aesthetics of Zeekr digitalexperience• Bridge conceptual creative exploration with technical execution and deliveryYou will collaborate closely with digital, interaction and brand designers and interior/exterior teams tocraft cohesive digital-physical experiencesQualifications and skills required for the role• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and usability• Diverse portfolio demonstrating 3D, motion, graphic design and UI/UX (concept → execution)• Skilled in visualization, animation and storytelling for mobility or related industries• Ability to create production-ready digital assets and implementation graphics• Strong understanding of visual principles: composition, typography, iconography, hierarchy• Good knowledge of UI animation workflows• Experience working in fast-paced, iterative design environments• Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and functions• Experience from automotive design is highly valuedPersonal attributes• Strong drive, independent and organized as well as a good team player• Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions• Ability to manage competing project priorities and constraints• Comfortable working in flat and dynamic teams• Passionate to work on ambiguous and complex future challenges• Highly motivated, flexible, and able to work under constrained time schedules• Cultural awareness, especially Asian and European culture• Curious, collaborative and human-centered mindset• Strong eye for aesthetics and craft• Ability to work independently and bring ideas to life with purpose• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Strong sense of ownership and structured work approach• Thrives in a dynamic, evolving organizationAdditional information• Travels to China may be needed (approx. 1-2 trips per year).• Everyone in our team has a high level of responsibility and mandate and is expected to beable to work autonomously• Fluent in English, spoken and written• Driver’s license
