Visual Merchandiser (VM)

You’ll be responsible for making and executing Cizaro’s Visual Merchandising Plan across our branches, ensuring every mannequin, table, and window tells a consistent brand story that connects with our customers.Key Responsibilities:Daily In-Store TasksMaking & executing the weekly/monthly VM Plan.Ensure every table, wall, and window display follows the approved planogram.Style mannequins with approved outfits and maintain perfect presentation.Keep all displays clean, steamed, and visually balanced with full-size ranges available.Maintain visual balance between zones (Denim / Basics / Smart Casual / Sale).Ensure hero products are the first thing customers notice.Monitor store flow, lighting, and ambiance in coordination with Store Managers.Cross-Department CoordinationTrain Sales Associates on product arrangement and daily display maintenance.Coordinate with Merchandising & Inventory teams for replenishment and new arrivals.Support the Marketing Department in executing seasonal campaigns, in-store materials, and ensuring consistency between online and in-store visuals.Weekly / Monthly DutiesSubmit before & after photo reports of each display update.Analyze display performance based on product sales and customer feedback.Propose improvements to enhance visual appeal and conversion rate.Prepare seasonal display plans and window concepts for each collection.What You BringExcellent visual sense and understanding of fashion styling.Strong attention to detail and color coordination.Fast execution and commitment to brand standards.Flexibility to work across different Cizaro branches (City Stars, Mall of Arabia, Abbas El Akkad, etc.).Photography and reporting skills.Knowledge of fashion display techniques (color blocking, storytelling, symmetry).Location: Cairo & Giza – multiple branchesType: Full-Time
