His first women’s runway collection will debut on March 5, 2025.MissionAs a Visual Merchandising Executive for Dries Van Noten, you will be pivotal in ensuring the brand’s visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld and enhanced across our stores. Reporting to the Global Visual Merchandising Manager and based in Antwerp or Paris, you will oversee both window display execution and in-store visual merchandising. Your role will contribute to maintaining the brand’s creative and commercial vision while ensuring alignment with high-quality standards across the region.Your Tasks & responsibilities Translate seasonal key messages into impactful VM displays that resonate with Dries Van Noten’s aesthetic.Implement global seasonal guidelines and standards across our stores through routine floor sets.Collaborate with the retail and local teams to deliver consistent execution that aligns with commercial goals.Produce and share monthly VM reports to support continuous improvement efforts.Execute window changes as per monthly HQ guidelines, showcasing product launches and seasonal themes.Evaluate employee performance related to VM to provide actionable feedback and targeted support.Analyze monthly sales and merchandising reports to optimize VM strategies.Collaborate closely with the sales and VM Specialist to ensure seamless execution of seasonal displays, alignment with brand guidelines.The tasks above are not conclusive and may change according to the needs of the company. A flexible approach towards tasks and responsibilities is always needed.ProfileA bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion or retail industry.Strong knowledge of window display execution, in-store VM techniques, and styling.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Availability to travel extensively across our locations as required.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English; OfferOur company values Authenticity, Respect and Creativity are the pillars of our working culture.
