This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading visual merchandising strategies that captivate and engage consumers, optimizing store layout, and enhancing overall store aesthetics to drive sales. As part of our skilled team, you will collaborate to deliver compelling visual solutions that reflect our brand values.Qualifications And SkillsExperience in visual merchandising with a proven track record in optimizing store layouts and executing impactful displays.Strong understanding of retail analytics to evaluate consumer behavior and make data-driven merchandising decisions.Proficient in vendor management, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of visual merchandising plans.Deep working knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices to stay ahead in the industry.Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results to continuously improve visual presentations.Experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, for creating compelling visual designs.Proficiency in MS Office Suite to efficiently manage reports, presentations, and data analysis tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.Roles And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic visual merchandising plans that align with company goals and drive sales growth.Optimize store layouts and space utilization to enhance customer experience and product visibility.Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to create cohesive and brand-consistent visual displays.Regularly assess visual merchandising strategies to ensure alignment with market trends and consumer preferences.Train and mentor in-store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices for consistent execution.Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve visual merchandising approaches.Coordinate with vendors to procure materials and props for visual displays, maintaining quality standards.Ensure that all visual merchandising initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
