Visual Merchandising & Store Design Specialist

DescriptionVisual Merchandising & DisplayDevelop and distribute merchandising guidelines for brand launches and promotions.Coordinate ordering and distribution of visual materials (transparencies, POS, signage, etc.) in line with brand standards.Liaise with retailers to ensure consistent execution and visual compliance across all counters.Ensure product locators and tester units are ordered, allocated, and maintained.Lead visual display implementation in-store and in shop windows; provide window plans for others.Train retail staff on visual standards and merchandising execution.Oversee new counter installations and ensure readiness for launches.Continuously explore creative display ideas for product launches.Special Events & Visual StrategyManage visual merchandising for special events, including setup and takedown.Control visual budgets, equipment, and collateral for events and launches.Coordinate with agencies on printing quality and costs.Adapt visuals and POS to fit local SSA market needs and venues.Submit and manage visual merchandising budgets and purchase orders.Track and ensure timely delivery of tester units and other materials.Distribute annual communication bands to ensure accurate product displays.Partner with marketing on forecasting and ordering merchandising units.Monitoring & MaintenanceMaintain store visit schedules to monitor display implementation, store layout, and maintenance.Keep updated registers of all visual merchandising elements per store.Build partnerships with event suppliers, shop fitters, and other visual vendors.Requirements & Experience 5 years’ experience in visual merchandising AUTOCAD qualification or similar Experience in a SSA market Mobility to travel into SSA countries – must have a valid Passport Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
