If you’re a creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for design, we want you on our team!What You’ll DoConceptualise & Create: Design engaging visuals for social media, websites, and digital ads.Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity and strategic goals.Collaborate: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and clients to understand briefs and deliver exceptional creative solutions.Adapt & Innovate: Stay updated with design trends and experiment with new styles to keep our visuals fresh and appealing.Revise & Refine: Take feedback constructively and make necessary revisions to deliver the best results.File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring easy accessibility for team members.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital or advertising agency.SkillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools is a plus.Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a bonus.Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh perspectives to the table.Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively.Skills: digital,visuals,visualiser,adobe creative suite,advertising,design,graphic designer,communication,creativity
